Oh never mind, just saw the promo......lol seems pretty random with just a few words changed here or there in this same "jugnu hote hain toh bhagwaan bhi, pyar bhi" etc. etc. line😆

Katha giving her usual expertly confused and panicked expressions like she didn't already know what he feels😆......might be another dream sequence.

Ehsan's quite superficial like he is quite matlabi and depends a lot on Viaan for success. Also, like you guys mentioned, the flow of the scene was so disjointed with Viaan leaving Katha alone to join over with Ehsan for a drink.

Pyramid/Anirudh now just appears more comical as a side character with his typical plotting against the Earthcon hahahah.

Ehsan's insecurity suddenly transformed to epitome of "friendship" or "brotherhood" in a jiffy was too hard to digest and just inscrutable lol. 😂

I laughed hard jab usne Ehsan ko "rubber stamp" bola and uska mooh biraya ta after Ehsan chided and left him. Lol, this sudden greatness of Ehsan was just too hard to comprehend when he went from feeling insecure to suddenly blaming Anirudh over Shamita case 😂.

Storyline just feels like it's lost its charm somewhere.

Also, Viaan felt too methodical today in his way of describing to impress Katha by becoming a father figure to Aarav like something was just so off. It feels too typical like trying to tackle a disease by trying to find out how to tackle the root cause or some game plan like level 1 - son, level 2- this, level 3- that. Idk it felt too absurd like against the character arc that was seen in prior episodes. 😔

LMAO wait, there's a love confession promo out? With this same poem being narrated AGAIN? 😆......man are these writers experts at killing the charm of anything with over-repetition. The poem left an impression in the realization scene when it first aired but looks like they have no story left so all they do is just play a snippet of that poem in every episode and that is what they think builds the story?😆

But hey, what do we know.....director saab did say they have better things to show than love triangles....turns out he meant the "better things" are daily repeat of peg maarna with this poem playing as voiceover in every epi😆

Batman-Robin ka bhi kachumbar hi karenge now that Viaan is back to listening to his advice from his true lowe of the life Ehsan saab😆

Exactly…talk about overkill!! It was magical when it was aired initially…they are killing the charm now😅!! Have not watched last episode and not very keen either. I lose interest in most shows by 3 months…guess we have reached the saturation point😆

Yeah it was unlike his character. I understand love changes a person but yaha toh koi aur hi hain yeh aadmi..I miss old Viaan 😒

I think so too. Also, him saying “usse apne past mein kabhi mudkar na dekhna pade” and “you can’t find true happiness in your past” got me 😕

Why is he deciding for her that she isn’t truly happy? Katha’s love for Adi isn’t destructive or oppressive for her. She’s actually very happy while keeping his memories alive in her and Aarav’s heart. Her fixation isn’t a toxic one that she really has to move on for her well being.

Instead, he should have recalled what she said in Lonavla - “rishte banaana chodna nahi chahiye” and try to explain that to her. He should also realise that it will be hard for her to term what she shares with Viaan as ‘love’, especially after a very dream like love/married life.

I remember in a show, the ML’s ex came out of coma (after 4 years) just after he fell in love with the FL & she realised that although my life was stuck at one point, his life was moving. It’s unfair to expect him to wait for me (which btw he did for the longest time).

Similarly Katha will have to realise that her life is still moving. If she has a chance to find love again, she should grab it. But Viaan should not decide that for her!! He can only be a catalyst leading to that realisation.

I haven't watched yesterday's epi yet either....now I'm wondering if it's a better idea to check in like once in two weeks cuz the story isn't going anywhere waise bhi😆

I could have taken the drag and slow pace also if there was still a sense of the writers trying to take the story somewhere. But now it's feeling like they are struggling with how to move ahead so they are heavily relying on repetition of things like this poem or picking up things from Twitter fangirls ke demands. That sense of COHERENCE is fading away from the narrative.

And I wonder if that is partly due to the way they have transitioned out of the baggage of the ONS. The Viaan who was struggling with his guilt over that and feeling awkward/afraid of Katha misunderstanding his actions at any point....that Viaan has suddenly jumped to charting out gameplans with Ehsan about tackling Katha.....obviously it will feel kinda jarring. It feels like makers are showing Ehsan-Viaan "dosti" scenes at the cost of diluting the sensitivity of the KV scenes. And without that sensitivity being maintained, the soul of the story is sort of compromised IMO.

One can't really say that Katha is totally above typical ITV cliches.....they very much have the planning/plotting waali nanad here also in the form of Reet....just because she is relatively less high voltage melodrama as compared to other saas-bahu characters on ITV doesn't mean it's all good. Simply whitewashing the insecurities of such characters per convenience doesn't make it "good writing" either....lol that's what they've done in Ehsan's case and it's not really convincing to me. Good writing is about justifying the traits of whatever character you're writing - not succumbing to cliched excuses either to generate outrage or to whitewash.

Wow, is this what he said yesterday? 😕.....this is sounding so bizarre...smh. Are the writers really SO clueless about how they are making Viaan appear now with statements like these? Or is this a deliberate choice to show Viaan thinking in this presumptuous way without respecting Katha's choice?

I've been feeling disturbed by this since the Ehsan-Viaan "peg maarne" wala scene only with the way they have suddenly switched Viaan to talking so casually about Katha with Ehsan....previously there was a hesitation because of his guilt over the ONS and also him not having realized what he feels for Katha....but just because he has that clarity now, he will just go around talking about Katha to a guy who doesn't have the first clue about the secrets/baggage between Katha and himself? Where is that sense of protectiveness in Viaan now about not wanting Katha to be judged in any way?

That used to be the difference between Viaan and Ehsan....that Viaan was still giving Katha that space and respecting her choice while Ehsan was the one piling on. But now thanks to being back in Ehsan's "love guru" company, Viaan is also giving these arrogant/presumptuous vibes like he can decide on Katha's behalf🤔

I also think Viaan is subconsciously going to correlate his mom and Katha in this situation.....same way he keeps chiding his mom for being hung up on the past vis a vis her late husband, he seems to think he can chide Katha about not fixating on the past and focusing on the present/future. But Viaan doesn't seem to get that you can't DEMAND these things from people😕....you can support/advice them but who are you to decide? That too when Katha hasn't even said yes or no to your love confession? 😕😆
