I initially thought this was what they'd go for. In ZGH both zaroon and kashaf had unique flaws and takes. Both were sometimes wrong and right either at the same time or in different situations.

I hoped TB would explore that grey area because neither the "feudal" nor the other idealistic "will do no wrong to my enemy/an abuser or forgive them" take is correct. I thought meerab and murtasim would meet halfways. I'm thinking of the black eyed peas song 😁.

They lost so much time in haya's monologues. That time could have been used for merasim to just talk. Talk about their perspectives, experiences, expectations and their fears. They could go to the beach, to the village, to muree, to dine out. Kuch bhi. And just communicate. But no behayas badzuban was mure important 😭

Now Maryam is OTT along with meerab and murtasim. She was consistent with her character arc but now she's into the cartoon villian. And that blue blood coming out if rohails 🐽 (yes, I used a piggy nose 😉) was just the cake on top. Matlab what in the circus is this?

This show lost balance the moment writer wanted to portray ml as always right and fl as always wrong

Ml does actions like slap, asking someone to jump, not mind doing forced marriage (he could have found other ways to reduce haya obsession instead of marriage), dragging nyla in his izzat rivalry.

All these actions were never showed as wrong. Instead he got hailed for doing some of these actions.

While fl's every action gets scrutinized. From fake pregnancy lie to current one, she always gets paid for her mistakes more than necessary.

Nooran ruined a potential story in her obsession for ml.

Ironically no change of treatment towards haya by characters even when she does murder attempt.

Whole family blamed meerab for pregnancy lie, contract. But nothing for haya.

Now haya knows about malik zubair. But only meerab will get blame, while haya continue to live in that house as queen.

The inconsistency in writing is appalling.

Only yumhaj r saving this. This show can be watched only for chemistry. Nothing else.

We get the drama only two days a week. We are so invested in this drama we want to analyze each and everything about the drama. If it was a daily drama we would not have this much time to analyze. We spend the remaining five days on which the drama does not air by analyzing about the drama.

Why are the 3 parents of Meerab always ready to blame Meerab when something goes wrong? Why don't they sit and talk to her? She needs guidance. Meerab needs CLOSURE from her foster parents and acceptance of her identity which this show is never giving her

She's been wronged but Anwer the most but it is him who has this mountain of expectations from her

Their relationship will reach the romantic zenith only to fall apart because they never worked on building it emotionally. Showing extremes of passion won't lead them to true tranquil love. That can only be aided by their separation. Staying apart physically knots lovers stronger than the most intimate of moments

I hope Nooran atleast does some justice there, otherwise we can only facepalm 😆

We are expecting basic continuity.

I can't forget how writer ruined angst scenes.

When meerab saw murtasim and haya

Her confrontation didn't even last for 5 minutes.

She was crying, she was hurt, but by the time she reached haveli. She was fine.

How did she became fine? What did murtasim do to convince her? Nothing.

Now after jump scene, we expected a decent conversation between them. Instead they r behaving like nothing happened the next day .

Again a wasted opportunity.

We r getting 5-10 scenes of haya, rohail where they talking about their obsession for nth time.

But not getting atleast 5 minutes leads uninterrupted scene where they r talking about their relationship, their feelings.

Haya, rohail, mariyum, malik zubair eating half of the screen space. Do we signed up the show to tolerate them.

I don't mind the episodes even if meerasim do ugly fight as long as it's about them.

But can't stand side characters and wastage of ss on them.

This show is interesting that way, you cannot wait for things to happen and when they don't happen the way we want, we spend 5 days headdesking 🤣

I was quite busy yesterday,thats why saw some tweets here and there but got disheartened and when get home didn't had the excitement left to watch the episode.

Even now I am dreading to watch it imagining the pain it can cause me.

I am feeling so sad that first thing after waking up,I am doing is writing this post.

I have to share my views otherwise it will now affect my real life

I am feeling same emotions which we do when we lost something precious and lovable to us.

I got rarely attatch to fictional stories becoz I am way practical in real life.

Watched many web series,movies but always like watched and done.

This kind of connection with fictional characters comes rarely to me.

Some examples are Darcy & Elizabeth,Duke and Daphane,Edward and Bella,Kashaf and Zaroon(Pak show),Vansh and Ridhima(Indian show) or maybe one or two more which I am forgetting but thats it.

I was pretty happy with all the pairs with their shortcomings except RiAnsh,becoz they also got butchered in a very brutal manner,it affected me so badly that I start dreading to get attatch to fictional pairs so they were last before MeerAsim happened as saying goes never say never.

I took this risk becoz first 2 epi gave very ziffy and butterfly kind a feeling.

But today again I am feeling same pain which I felt 2 years back and again blaming myself for my stupidity.

Now coming back to show.

I have lost all my hopes from character of meerub long time back.

Till epi of accident somewhere I also used to make sense of her behaviour but after accident fiasco,her rude behaviour surprised me and I started losing my hopes and connect with that character.

But wed epi,I thought maybe there is some hope,and than teaser for thurs,I was happy finally we will see her palapble feelings in her actions rather than words.

From promo I never concluded they will consummate but I did thought that after this ruhail fiasco,her feeling will be more expressive,she felt murtasim going away from her so fear of losing him should have given her shock if she had feelings for him and than her actions need to depict that.So promo gave me that feeling that her hidden feelings will surface in unintentional manner.

But reading tweets that she was putting a facade to save mariyam,I got so disappointed that I can't even explain in words,the scene which I had beautiful expectations from turn out to be such vahiyat scene where she was just taking advantage of murtasim's feelings,she was giving hopes which can never be fulfilled.Very low of her.Atleast till now he never expected anything in return but her this behaviour,Feeling bad for him.

Now come to tweet where it was written that she doesn't believe in murtasim's love,OMG.It took her 2 sec to believe ruhail's feelings,wasn't she abondoned than also,her fear of abandonment was in that case also but she didn't had any qualms in believing ruhail loved him,that means believing in someone's love isn't any issue for her,it is reserved for murtasim,the man who almost died saving her,took innumerous stand for her,let go of his prestigious reputation for her,IDK what more proofs she will need,now I think even if he dies for her,she will say mujhe nahi lagta mere liye jaan di hai usne,she is hopeless case.

Now coming to her advise to mariyam,I mean is she mad there is a guy in mariyam's room,and instead of ensuring mariyam's safety she is pushing her towards danger,is she mad or what.

I agree that a progressive independant women had all the rights to choose her life partner and she can help other girl's also,but where is brain,an educated women develops logical thinking,I am not saying they don't get stuck in red flag relationships,they do but when other party takes a huge effort on their part to fasao them,here I can get mariyam's behaviour,she had been protected her whole life,her exposure to guys seems very limited,its easier for her to get lured,but meerub was portrayed someone who always stood up against women exploitation and had enough exposure with opposite gender,right,than which kind of such forward matured girl gives such stupid advises,she wants to help out mariyam,doesn't want to tell murtasim,fine enough but ensure mariyam's safety please,you saw a guy,asked about him,you get to know mariyam had no idea who that person is and you are motivating her giving lectures on love,how she should fight for it,and than you made her engaged👏

Bhai kaisi padi likhi bewkoof hai,Nooran bhaji pls mncs mein jayein,working places par jayein aur padhi likhi ladkiyon se milein so that you get to know how an educated independant progressive girl behaves especially in matter of chosing life partners or advising someone else.

Don't portray your FL silliness as progressiveness and for god sake stop promoting rudeness as independantness.

Its a request.

Now coming to meerub's behaviour explainations which i read in bhar bhar ke.

Meerub is a fictional character and fictional means nothing real,she is someone's frigment of imagination,a girl in story

But the person whose imagination she is,is a real person so writer's imagination will definetely have a real base for writing such a character and characters must have real touch to them so that you can feel connected to them in your busy real life,so you can waste your time on them.

So I always believed that in real life everyone comes with baggage,emotional one,someone's distress has more intensity than otherone's,everybody is dealing with one issue or other and that do reflect in their behaviour,but no-where those issues of their become gale ka fand for their partner,they deals with that but at same time keep in mind that other person is also a person with emotion,but when someone's issue start abusing other person emotionally than first person is labelled as toxic.

Meerub is not an independant character but is a toxic character.

Her behaviojr with her parents is on point,but the way she behaves with murtasim even after 3-4 month timeline,is toxic no other word explain that.

I am not saying her to love him,I never did,no need to accept his feelings also but respect him,maintain a cordial relationships,don't give mixed signals,and now she went one step forward she start abusing his feelings for her.

Now comes to ruhail part where he is confirmed that he is in meerub's heart,it was bound to happen becoz not for once meerub set boundaries with him clearly,she was acting as she was in huge pressure to be with murtasim and not to forget thats why he so boldly expressed his love,I mean when he came back first time he ran away seeing murtasim but than what changed that he was boldly expressing his love in front of him where his fear vanished.

His fear vanished due to meerub,her discussion of her bedroom life which gave him confidence and than meerub's not so revolting behaviour,than he expressed it chilla chilla ke and meerub's chupi at that time comfirmed him meerub loves him thats why he held her hand when murtasim taking her away and now he is damn sure that meerub loves him.

Its meerub's mistake,I am not saying that if a guy loves a girl and goes on announcing in whole mohalla is a girl's mistake,no,it depend on how that girl dealt with him,if she was strict in her stance,told her family than its not her mistake but meerub's behaviour was confusing,I mean I am comfused regarding her feelings for ruhail so its natural.for ruhail thinking such way.

I remeber telling here that I am losing connect.

And I experienced it,before last week's wednesday I was impatiently waiting for episodes despite being hell busy becoz somewhere I had tiny hopes of seeing how meerub shuts the mouth of ruhail,and I'll get an insight but the way that epi palyed out,I was shocked that I was'nt even waiting for this wed,its just while doing work I suddenly remembered oh today tere bin episode will come but I was pleasantly surprised seeing it,I thought her behaviour is the way becoz she fears of losing murtasim and can't stand his narazagi but now I m very skepticsl regarding my this thought,its more of her way ofproving that she isn't characterlss as everyone is assuming and she knows that one person can prove that and he is murtasim so she put all efforts not for him but for her becoz we accept it or not but its a big deal even now to be in a flat with closed doors with a guy alone,our society still percieve it as not a good thing and meerub knows that so her efforts was to prove that she didn't do anything that people raise fingers on her.

Earlier I used to feel that she will not love him ever,it will be very absurd to show that,but one day will accept his love but I was so wrong,now even if she will accept his love that will also look very unreal,very very unreal.

Lastly teasser for thurs epi I was happy that they held the story at major point becoz after this it would have been difficult to held interest.

But I was wrong,I think I don't know maybe I'll feel withdrawal for sometime and I guess after that i'll be okay.

I've written this long essay becoz I loved this show dearly and leaving it hurting me,I am feeling bad for all those months,myself.

I just pray that I just overcome this now.

And forget it.

How beautifully you have expressed the inner feelings of maximum tere bin fans.....feeling same ..i just didn't like the emotional exploitation of Murtasim.....my heart goes out for him💔....meerab is a totally unromantic person she very well knew about Murtasim s feelings and the intensity but she gives a damn .....so the conversation regarding Ishq was not significant for me atleast.....she is more interested in mariyum and her drama than Murtasim.....i m loosing interst now......but will watch it for my murthu only.
