Funny incident when I was diagnosed with something I had to undergo surgery and treatment after it. With lots of dietary restrictions My Cdn Doc was very superficial about it couldn’t help me much since I am a vegetarian

so I contacted an Indian surgeon thru email with my sister’s help so his reply to me was i can also do the surgery you come to my hospital along with this part of the body I also do xyz and ABC parts too if you want I can give you a concession for the other parts. (He didn’t know I wasn’t in India.)
But this heart surgeon discussing gynaec issues reminded me of this incident and made me laugh.
On a serious note Could be connected to the unborn baby’s heart

but Arohi is playing an important role here. In 6 years she’s as capable as her senior Docs Mahima And Dr Abhimanyu’I thought Rohan is more senior to her.

This abhir truth would've been more impactful if akaharas marriage was still fake, now for me the excitement fizzled out!

Imagine the damakas fake marriage and Aa being her bestie is exposed..manjiris face would've been worth seeing!

The writers may have thought if Akshu is shown doing fake marriage it would look bad on her character to be living in a house with a strange man for 6 years.

Instead if they show marriage even if it is not a full marriage but it is on paper then they can understand that she married only for her kid. This marriage was an arrangement and deal.

See this is why when people where confused about the marriage and kept asking is it real or fake the CVs decided to say lets make it real. Hence, why it is best to keep quiet about certain things if you don't want them to come true. The more you harper the likely result of the choice you don't want to be taken is taken because the CVs of the show is currently likes that. They do everything for their third angle cameo.

I remember one story line in home&away ausi show, there was a surrogacy plot, where the surrogate was also pregnant with her own child 😳...twin pregnancy but two completely different biological parents. The eggs got fertilised at the same time! Is it possible I don't know..but its fiction! 🤣
