No, it won't happen. Ekam will gradually fall in love with Harleen, as Fateh did.

Just adding this- The show airing on weekends (and Sunday in particular) could affect TRP's as well.

Fiction shows generally don't do well on weekends because folks are used to watching non-fiction, and the poor numbers on those days can bring the average down.
