Everyone is right about one thing. If AB and AK are around each other then something definitely happens and that something is Abhira. So court case will mean more face off and more long lost feeling showing up.

This is to put them in guilt once they know the truth and also to prove that ak was right in keeping abhir away and also the way all put jharu and ruhi above abhir. Once they know the truth it's gonna be ulta.
