Who is the guy in precap?

The precap showed some stranger standing behind Pratiksha. He was blurred out but didn't look like Malhar to me.

My bet is on the chawla guy mentioned twice in the Gulshan-Amardeep conversation. He is a business rival who hates Gulshan. There were also mentions about a tender which I couldn't understand. I do understand that the this character following Pratiksha seems far fetched but that's the only possibility I could think of .We have too many sideys in the show already so maybe he could be brought in for a single scene. Like that sunny guy who lasted only on 2-3 episodes.
