There is so much potential is her character they are wasting. They could give her a moment to talk to Anwar about her deceased mother. She had a mother she never knew is she not curious. Maybe even ask Murtasim if he knew her mother, what a beautiful scene that would be. Murtasim trying to comfort her, he brings out the old family album to show her, him remembering some vague memories of his chachi telling meeru how much she looks liker her bio mother. Them reminiscing about their childhood.

@bold: this!! I really find it weird why Merub doesn't even ask about her mother! She's not even someone who wronged Merub!

In fact they have shown Merub to be staying in Anwar & his wife's home, still not a single scene like this!😵

@italic: it would have been a soul-stirring scene of M&M! It could have known to be one of the few best scenes in this show itself, considering the potential of Y&W

But alas! The writer has this stepmotherly treatment towards Merub's character!!😡

If everyone constantly warns you about your husband who wouldn’t be scared.

Even after being a strong girl she is scared, I can’t imagine others.

This is a great point because I want to see how writer shows murtasam madness.

Bcs if it’s not that impactful the whole build up may make us disappointed.

Anwar and Haya also regularly tell her Murtu could be ruthless and I want him to be or else it would anticlimactic

Finally watched yesterdays episode. The episode was not bad as people were making it out to be. I think it was a heavy episode without any romance and fun bantering so that could be why it was not satisfying for many.

Meerab's downfall is coming. The last scene with Anwar was definitely foreshadowing of what is about to come.Ma Begum is still angry and has not forgiven Meerab for her lie, Haya has outed Meerab on her lie, she no longer has Mariyam in her corner. Is Anwar going to suffer a heart attack? He said something like you will face a huge loss and i will feel the most pain. She is definitely losing Maurtism.🥺
