No. They are not the same but I guess the purpose behind the existence of those books is same.

I don't think that his interpretation and explanation of "the same" are what most people will assume it is.

I think what he means to say is that even though the paths might be different for each, they all have one common core sentiment/value behind, which is goodness and purity.

It's genuinely laudable how he manages to find the peaceful common ground amidst the absolutely unfortunate general tendency to find the differences that actually create rifts/division between people who follow different religions.

And, respectfully, this "greater picture" kind of perspective is the least that all of us should adopt because the loss of basic human respect ends up being perpetuated when high emphasis is laid on the differences, taught and passed on from generation to generation.

@bold No he didn't, and that's the point.

I don't know how much you will hear me on this but finding the differences is what actually consciously and subconsciously sows the seeds of violence and the lack of basic respect for other people who follow distinct religions.

It's a convoluted topic but at the core, what people sadly fail to get is that it's not a damn competition. It's peacefully accepting that there are certain differences, but that basking in the essential similarity is the route to peace and respect within this world.

The happenings in the books are all different.

I Think what he is trying to say is, that all of them tell you to be a good person, have humanity, peace and Love.
