as for committee hearing, she switches between seeing herself and shamita together as victims and then feeling irritated that she has to be there. lot of times, she sounds snappy and irritated. guess she want to just eat lunch with ehsaan like before.

the committee seem cooked and is bent on overlooking all sorts of evidence and asking logical questions. viaan clearly says shamita called him to ask for job. when katha asks shamita and asks for call records, she says that holi destroyed her phone. apparently viaan's call records that he submitted are inconclusive. 🙄

when katha asks why shamita would come back to a job where she was harassed, shamita gaslights by suggesting katha is getting favouritism. immeidately katha backtracks and decides viaan is the villain. all of this is done in katha zoning out into her big dark eyes and we are supposed to guess how she feels and feel sorry for her. instead, many of us here in IF are just feeling annoyed.

other employees told the committee that they don't believe shamita but committee disregarded them. highlight was jenny telling that she had seen shamita flirting and she thought it was inappropriate.katha then unbelievably dismisses that as typical pleasing the boss. 🤦

viaan is so filled with guilt that he is making googly eyes at katha.

only plus points in this stupid track right now is that farah has very nice clothes and I liked the pendant she wore today. katha continues to dress badly. katha finally decided to rotate her wardrobe and stop wearing her traffic signal clothes. instead she has switched to her night suit jump suits. apparently she has no money for new wardrobe even though these jump suits cost over 3K.

I actually want a judgement based on whatever has happened till now and whatever this committee has heard till date. I want to know how "unbiased" and how capable this committee is.

Getting Keith's call recording is an easy way out. The evidence itself will solve the case.

But I really want this committee to pass a judgement and then the evidence to come out..mazaa ayega to see all these people lose their mind 😆

Quite sure in a place like Mumbai she would have gotten flattened the first time round. The fact that she is walking around in middle of road for like forever is amazing, would probably get knocked down in first few seconds for lack of attention to her surroundings.

I didnt want Kathaa to bring it out ... Keith should have come some other way. He himself coming to office to visit viaan on that jam music.

Viaan calling him to prove his innocence .

Anything but not Kathaa ....

Viaan will get false hope ...

What a beautiful episode and wonderful screenplay! I absolutely love the non-verbal exchanges between the leads but even the added layers to the interrogation exchange as well the scene in the office were unbelievable.

You can see Katha breaking protocol to go see him but he leaves the cabin so that her integrity is never in question. That scene was so beautiful because you could see for the first time that she's so drawn to him, so invested in his emotions without being aware, and so disturbed to see him be so calm and accepting of his 'fate', not fighting to prove his innocence as hard as she wants him to. He can actually see her worry but he doesn't want her to be burdened by his troubles, rather he wants her to continue to be upright and follow the code of ethics.

There's so much that was said and not said in that one-on-one conversation, so much I want to dissect, but I am still in awe at the writing. The way he uttered the yes to her question, couldn't look at her anymore, change in body language when he admitted to the panel that he had made such an offer in the past, and Katha's instant regret at letting her emotions about the past dictate her line of questioning.

You stole my words..Adnans body language is so perfect..how he carries the guilt literally..the way he avoids Kathas eyes...just perfect..and one instance is soon after he enters his cabin..he looks so lost..the way he touches the table but not registering the touch....looking all around but not actually seeing anything.. absent minded...just beautiful ❤️

Is she just talking about the Viraj death/ mistress scandal?

She is referring to the Viraj Raghuvanshi scandal when he was found dead in the bed of a prostitute & it was widely reported in the media. It wld surely have affected Earthcon’s reputation at that time & some clients may have pulled out jeopardising the business.

If Viaan is guilty history will repeat itself. In that context, Farah’s fears & wish to protect her son are explained. But it is driving her to be extremely unsupportive & manipulative.

Also after Katha’s question and Viaan’s answer, there are no follow-up questions like if it was an employee or not which would’ve led to other questions… It looked abrupt and was like Katha was sure Shamita is telling truth…. Then the abrupt apology, it din’t look right at all and looked so disconnected. I still think Ehsaa was foreseeing all this happening and Viaan stepping away favoring him… I still don’t think Ehsan’s intentions are good.

I think initially Viaan only said he was on a video call with Keith, which he put on hold. He did not say the call was being recorded, which is an unusual thing for a personal call so no one wld have thought of it.

In the heat of the argument she just barged in. Then when he replied did she realise that her truth might also come out. Her apology was also to hide her truth.

The other day she was so tensed about protocol and today in his cabin she was cool ...how convenient.

I quite liked the episode, esp Viaan's conversation with Katha in his office. I know everyone thinks its unhealthy for him to be in this state, but what is unhealthy is Viaan living with this constant guilt. He needs this so he can be released from the ONS incident. He has been so weighted down by guilt and shame that he has accepted this as his final redemption from that awful night. The man needs to breathe freely and the only way he can do it is, if he feels that he has owned up his mistake and paid a price for it. Am not going to go over the fact that Katha had a part to play in what happened that night, but I think today during her conversation with Viaan she did show signs of accepting the fact that the two situations are not the same. She did not do it with the emphasis and certainty I would have liked but I hope in the coming days she is going to accept her part in what happened that night and stop guilting Viaan about it. And that can pave the way ahead for their relationship.

I loved Adnan's Viaan today...he was brilliant as a man repenting his mistake and just seeking release from this nightmare...the shock at the question, the shame while admitting it, the regret and later in his room the calm, stoic manner in which he was ready to face the consequences, has made Viaan a true hero...flawed but lovable. He is not afraid to admit his mistake and pay a price for it, no matter how heavy that price be. He just wants to be released from the vice-like grip of the guilt that has been eating him up. Guilt does that to decent people who make mistakes. Hopefully after the truth comes out he will finally step out of the shadow of the ONS once and for all and find himself again.

Katha has just begun her journey towards Viaan...I want her to work hard to get to him...and Viaan to take a backseat in this love story. But why do I feel that once she brings in Keith with evidence, Viaan will be all puppy eyed again

The transition from the interrogation to the scene in Viaan's room was very abrupt. What was the followup question? Did they dig any deeper? I thoroughly dislike that woman in the cmmtt...she is so biased from day one, rolling her eyes at Viaan, being unnecessarily harsh towards him. The cmmtt was doing a very shoddy job anyway, to say the least. Highly unprofessional.

And of course Keith to the rescue. But why did Katha not approach Keith as part of the investigation itself since he might have been a potential witness. Because they had to show Aarav contributing to saving Viaan...they are falling into cliche territory here🤣.

So there is a dark secret between Farah and Teji related to their past and pbbly Viraaj and his death. They are part of some shady business having to do with saving Earthcon! Maybe poor Viraaj was a nice guy after all and Mama Teji painted him black to save her future and the company.

Is Ehsaan really this good again? I hope so...and all the more reason that Viaan does not go behind his back to woo Katha. Can Viaan just chill after this and let Katha to the chasing😆
