I thought this show is different but i was wrong tv logics are really unbearable.. Firstly there is no cctv camera in such a big office really.. Also the investigation team shown is so dumb.. Can't they just match the timing of the message with timing of cctv confirming whether viaan went to take water or not.. Also when viaan told that he was on a call recording with keith... Is katha really dumb enough not to figure out talking to Keith instead grilling both of them with stupid questions...... In the beginning katha was shown as a star architect also the one who makes designs on highway without anyone's approval.. And now just a confused member of investigation team.. Rip logic..

So as per the precap Aarav tells Katha that even though the video call is on hold it still records the video and through which Katha calls Keith and asks if he has the video call recording and he says yes and she gets happy.....

Finally Shamita ka case end hoga....jab voh roti hai toh bohat gandi lagti hai...

I am so glad she 'accidentally' figures this out instead of running around like crazy trying to collect evidence to save him, like most FLs are shown. She promised to be unbiased and she is maintaining her integrity, which I loved seeing.

His self flagellation has continued even after he fell for her and started to bond with her. She moved on (or so she thought) but he's still guilt ridden and feels that being punished for the same crime, though with a different 'victim' will help ease his torment. It made total sense to me and boy did Adnan totally nail the expressions!

Too many loose ends. No one wants to insist on Shamita's call records. Viaan can insist he is innocent, that he never called Shamita, but It doesn't occur to the committee that they can also look up Viaan's call records. It doesn't occur to Viaan to provide his call records. The committee brow beats Viaan, but anything Shamita says goes. Taken at face and tears value. Viaan never gets back to Keith on not completing the video call. Keith never asks. This truly is a 'whatever' world.

guess, it depends on how we feel about the ONS. he can feel guilt but at the point of continously hurting himself is not healthy. also didn't like katha's self-righteous role in this. whether she likes to acknowledge or not, she had options trying to seek money elsewhere. she benefitted from this deal. so asking him questions in the committee and then him protecting her felt like a double whammy. if he is guilty, then so is she.

What a beautiful episode and wonderful screenplay! I absolutely love the non-verbal exchanges between the leads but even the added layers to the interrogation exchange as well the scene in the office were unbelievable.

You can see Katha breaking protocol to go see him but he leaves the cabin so that her integrity is never in question. That scene was so beautiful because you could see for the first time that she's so drawn to him, so invested in his emotions without being aware, and so disturbed to see him be so calm and accepting of his 'fate', not fighting to prove his innocence as hard as she wants him to. He can actually see her worry but he doesn't want her to be burdened by his troubles, rather he wants her to continue to be upright and follow the code of ethics.

There's so much that was said and not said in that one-on-one conversation, so much I want to dissect, but I am still in awe at the writing. The way he uttered the yes to her question, couldn't look at her anymore, change in body language when he admitted to the panel that he had made such an offer in the past, and Katha's instant regret at letting her emotions about the past dictate her line of questioning.

also didn't like when the committee rolled their eyes at "innocent till proven guilty" that viaan said -- that is exactly what this committee is supposed to do. why are they calling it philosophy in sarcasm? oye board lady, you are supposed to also consider whether shamita might be a liar. 🤦

instead, everyone -- including katha -- has decided that viaan is already guilty. 🙄 that is why no one is asking logical questions that prove otherwise.

I agree that if he continues to torture himself over that incident, it's unhealthy for him. Maybe that's why he's using this investigation to come to terms with his own guilt and face whatever punishment that they mete out, to finally feel redeemed.

I think even Katha realized that she acted impulsively and did indeed create doubts in the minds of other panelists because that was a biased question. Even though the offer sounded the same the circumstances were very different when Katha asked him for money. He didn't threaten her or take advantage of his position the way Shamita has now accused him of doing.
