That money is in Pakistani rs and the inflation is very high is pak. So 5 lakhs is not that much for a software engineer. It's like 1.4 lakh INR and it's not his monthly income. He gets that amount once in a while when he does freelance work. From that band baja system it don't look like they have a top wedding planning company. Their house is their office. Its The same with tiktok boy. The revenue isn't stable. There are like 10 members in that household with just 3 people working and that too without a constant income.

Its surprising how much both Chand and Tara's families could easily fit in Mumbai suburbia.

I think that's how liberal upper middle class and rich families in Pakistani big cities are like. Pak dramas just exaggerate everything to make the female characters as becharis as possible.
