I honestly don’t want him to turn negative because 1) akshara will be blamed for choosing the wrong person and 2) poor Abhir doesn’t deserve to see the man he loves the most to turn out someone he’s not.
I read somewhere that Kairav also had the same health issue as Abhir, was Kartik needed for any medical procedures? Trying to figure out if Akshu calls Abhi because the biological father is needed or because he’s the best heart surgeon.
