Safdar seems to be her husband who passed away and she seems to be still staying with her in laws in hydrabad.

Adil is salman's uncle who is settled abroad and never married again.

Phupho ran away to Hyderabad and stayed with a relative for 2 months and then got married to someone else whose family was fine with her running away from another marriage.

I think why shagufta is hell bend on getting married to saif is because of her father. From their conversation it looked like her father used to be a dominating and controlling person who didn't care about her or her mother. Saif is exact opposite of that and she can control him.

I like how the drama shows why people are how they are because of the circumstances and upbringing.

Saif and Salman both are men brought up by single mothers and there is a vast difference between them because of the way their mothers brought them up. Saif's mother always make him aware how hard she brought him up whereas salman's mother never does that.

Saif is so chill with the kind of pictures shakeel took of his mother. He so innocently said it's a candid pic😆
