I think we should wait for actual episodes to air. They're diff from promos. In a prev recap they showed Ab gettin a call from Ak's no. & some bashed her unnecessarily tho it was just Abhir calling. Ak was unwilling to admit Abhir in Birla hospital & let Ab do his checkup when in UD. She knows d involved risk. So I think they would give some reason for her calling him.
If they show she do not really have an option because abhir needs something from his birth father i can still understand but if they show she is calling him because he is the best surgeon that's when I will have a problem. so let's wait and watch what exactly they have planned.
