And regarding MB advice.

I don't think she feels meerub is only child making machine thats why he said to leave her.

She is at the last a mother and now realizing that she literally pushed her son herself into a deep pit of disappointment in name of marriage,its not about her bearing child,its more of murtasim being denied of his husband rights..

MB knows that meerub doesn't behave as according to her a wife should behave...

Like doing husband's work but she always advised her never being harsh...

But when she understood that murtasim is being denied basic rights than she lost it and I will not blame her if its actually this reason(it will be clear once episode airs)

Becoz agar iske baad vo yeh advice nhi karti murtasim ko toh I must have felt strange.
