KA direction team already tried hinting how quickly Shamita might have used Viaan's unlocked phone while she was in his cabin, to plant that indecent message & why there was no password protection at that time. She came well planned.

Shamita came well planned, she knew office boy might have left for the evening. She sobbed, asked for recommendation letter from Viaan, then changed even if he sends it as a message to her mobile, it would be sufficient. Immediately on receiving recommendation message from Viaan's mobile to her's she coughs, throws away water glass purposely on table so that Viaan goes out.

While Viaan's phone is unlocked for few minutes she might have deleted that old recommendation message, so as to type & send this dirty message to her own mobile.

But Shamita missed that office corridors / passages may have cctv footage when Viaan went out to get water. So timestamp of dirty message from him won't tally, as phone was not even with him, when he went out.

Literally man. They can even check the date and time. But what I am confused about is how could Viaan have no lock in his phone?🤔

Hello everyone!

I came across this serial earlier in the week, sort of binge-watched, and eventually landed up here. Loving the comments and questions here, so jumping right in with mine as well...

Yes, Katha lied to get this job. Maybe given her situation, there was no other way to land a job. She needed the money and was desperate as any parent would be. But, what makes her think, she only has to ask and it will be given? Just because she says she wants a loan and will definitely return it, it will be handed out to her? No questions asked? I am appalled she would not share the reason at all! Was it to protect her job? In which part of the world, does this work? I want to know!! Hope to be the first in line!

I have my issues with her constant reference to the 'kali raat'. Other than nights obviously being dark, spending the night with Viaan was something she chose to do. Think about it, it's not even a loan, the entire headache of having to repay such a huge amount is off her. She chose this over a job offer from Pyramid. Tells me a lot about her. So, definitely not ok with the righteous attitude. The reference to explaining to the God of death..... laughable. If she wants to sell the holier than thou attitude, she should have explained her circumstances to Viaan when she asked for the "loan". And then, depending on how he would respond, not just her, we too could sit in judgment of him! She was a consenting adult. Yes, she is a good person, brilliant at her work, committed, reliable. Fair too, given she is not biting Meera's head off or being condescending to her. I suppose the condescending attitude is reserved for Viaan....

As far as Viaan is concerned, he knew nothing about Katha. One single man asking another single woman. Neither of them were a victim in that circumstance. To me it looks like Viaan has always been there for her- helping, lessening her burden... quietly behind the scene. No bragging. Has she paused to consider that? All the staff made it a point to let Viaan know he has their support. Not Katha.....

I am not even getting started on this inquiry.....

Hold on folks. Its CEO Viaan who insisted for internal committee's investigation as per process, wanted truth to come out so that his staff feels safe & secure in office, plus he is sure to get proven innocent from Shamita's fake accusations, this is also a way to control Shamita for few days from blackmailing or going to media to scandalize this never happened harassment.

Now just first day of work started by the committee where they are verbally hearing out staff, accuser & accused regarding complaint validity.😔 Evidences, phone message history, cctv footage's, voice call logs & recordings, counter evidences etc hopefully come up in next sessions during investigation proceeding's as it takes time to produce them.

Makers are trying to show on fiction TV, to an extent how POSH act gets implemented in companies, in case of an harassment compliant. Lets see what comes up in 2-3 days of investigation.
