Aruna kept on saying she didn't know about the accompanying masala to the traditional ugadi pachadi recipe and today she said she didn't know about the bitterness from ficin in uncooked figs yet kept in laughing and smiling about it. This is the chef-like attitude that MCI-S7 anticipates from a finalist?
Gurkirat served burnt kajoo and sounded confused about whether his dish was a biryani or a pulao. I already looked from the still and guessed it right away that it ain't a biryani but easily a pulao. Moreover, openly lying and trying to wing it was so stupid. This is chef-like attititude?
Kdk isn't cooking anything innovative. She can't communicate her dishes out (check out her mexican food), looks lost and needs help even at this stage (ex> papad (crisp element for her mexican food) from ranveer and serving raw roti and assuming it to be a lid in her dum chicken biryani (thus baking it last minute after vikas pointed it out). This is a chef-like attitude? If she was cognizant of her punjabi flavors then why did she forget to cook the roti and assume it's a lid and served uncook before baking it?
^^None of these three can operate independently in a kitchen and will cause blunders. At this stage, what is required is a triple elimination of these contestants rather than elongating the show in the month of April. Already the challenges aren't much innovative, I'd rather watch reruns of older shows than elongation of this show.
