last night I had a long discussion with my bhai who is a lawyer about all issues related to Ghum- he asked so whose case is this ? I said first you tell me everything then I’ll tell you - Acc to him doctors have all rights to take a call for the sake of the health or life any John or Jane Doe that appears before them in the absence of kith and kin - but since Virat is husband who gave consent - agar woh legal pati Na sabit hua toh he will have to prove her family was unavailable and he had to take that call to save her life .. either ways the doctors are safe as they were acting in full medical capacity !
