I just saw the precap and I totally agree Satya was rude to not just Sai but even Virat. He was literally scolding them like school teacher scolds students for writing wrong answers and failing in their exams. 😂

Pakhi will get Virat but a lifeless and insecure Virat now. He will always be worried about Sai and Satya equation..

Yes first he needs to hear the background of the case.

He's appointed n that position so he needs to be patient and know the full history.

He can't snap at people like that. And it's not his personal case that he behaves like that. He's showing empathy to a nurse but not to others.
