Ash, V do not have a correctable illness. they have premature cognitive impairment and psych issues which are SO complex that no human can diagnose it, let alone solve it. maybe Ash took some teratogenic thing when she was pregnant with V and it not only caused some mental issues in her but also caused irreversible brain damage on V.

Too too far-fetched. She got introduced like 1 day ago - she'll take at least 20 episodes before she is revealed to be sole mastermind behind a terrorist plot to assassinate the President of Nagpur (😆) and Sai will find this out and solve it all on her own.

Most probably, one sister is going to be on 36 ka aankda with Masala Aai, and Sai Bai will do her magic and solve years ka problem between them - Satya falls for Bai and Aai is impressed. Where Virat shows up in this story - no idea. 😆 This is a common plot to involve FL in someone's story. Look at Ashloony's 36 year problem with her husband.
