In Episode 20, Murtasim explains to Meerab after she questions him about why he saved her. I think it is what Director is referring to when he said that Murtasim will explain what exactly is the conflict between them. And she listened to it but did not give any response from her side in the episode. So may be that's what he meant when he said that she will not respond in the way she should have responded. Then he said something will happen which will make their relationship more complicated. I feel it is the village scene.
