So thats why she chooses Katha? I was quite surprised myself why she chose her despite not having good opinion on her lately.

And we don't know who the others were which is another thing. But Teji's annoyance at Katha after the video switch did surprise me that how she chose Katha here.

But it might work opposite here unfortunately as they have a different history she doesn't know of.

Katha might favor Shamitha coz of her own experience and the fake proofs.

Viaan & Ehsan's childhood friendship & business partner ship bonding that got shown so well to us initially, which went abruptly missing😳 found its way back onto the story flow in their tough times, not sure how long it will sustain. 😳 Viaan being shown more worried about Earthcon, than his own future is commendable.

Yesterday KA episode handled how grave a female employee's harassment allegation can be against a male boss, how internal process has to be in companies, how an investigation committee gets formed with different composition of team members. Looks like KA team did some research on Indian POSH act, even if it is to fictionalize for TV.👍🏼

But feel Katha can't be a proper neutral officer of investigation committee, though Teji recommended her name assuming her to favor Viaan. 😎

Katha will study Shamita's complaint more as a mother & woman, she is some one who will give more weightage to SMS evidence shown by Shamita as a proof than other staff's statements in favor of Viaan or possibilities on how phone can also be misused,😔 more over latest sneak peak highlights she will be biased against Viaan in Shamita's case with her own bitter past experience.

(Unless Keith comes into picture about what happened that evening in Viaan's cabin, Katha may refuse to believe Viaan.)

Yes Viaan had given that kind of proposal earlier. sirf Katha ko ya ushe pahle aur bhi ladkiyon koHe had a bad habit of judging all the women. ab sara kacha chitha na nikal jaye.

I really don't know whether they should consider this particular Shamita's case or they will go deep and investigate about Viaan's past deeds. I don't know how this kind of investigation actually works.

Just saw the new promo. I really don't know how to react. In Shamita's case Viaan is innocent, so he shouldn't be punished at any cost. But what about his previous deeds?

If i think of that kaali raat, that incident shouldn't come out in public at this moment atleast. It's not the right time . That was also a kind of work place harassment. But whatever happened between Katha and Viaan,it happened with Katha's consent. She agreed for that and took the money also. mujhe pata nahi i am very confused here.

Par Katha se bhi pahle agar Viaan used to give such kind of proposal to the women employees then that should come out through investigation.

I am feeling bad for Katha. She just started trusting this guy and suddenly all this happened.

If a male boss has always been respectable & decent with other female staff members working in his company in the past, it doesn't necessarily mean he will be same to the accuser now in the current case of harassment. 😳There may be other reasons of attraction or friction between both, paving way to an indecent proposal.

Similarly if a boss has been indecent in past with one female staff member, doesn't necessarily mean he will be same with rest of the staff. 😎 But yes his code of conduct in the office in general has to be probed, to understand if this man is a bracketed creepy pervert, whom female staff is worried to confront in fear of losing their jobs, as he is also partner of the company.

But what needs deep investigation is why will Viaan send it as phone message than directly verbally asking for a sexual favor when the concerned lady Shamita was sitting alone in his cabin across the table? that too when she went to thank him for taking her back in the company & then asking for a recommendation letter. Is CEO Viaan such a fool to leave written evidence against him?🤪

In actual bts of primary investigation scenes happening with the committee both Viaan & Katha are shown in different color costumes. (can check spoilers thread for few YT links).😎

But in promo released by Sony today, people are seen in different costumes. It can be Viaan's nightmare or clip can be from his second round of investigation.😛
