Sexual harassment at work place is a very sensitive issue and most of the companies prefer to handle it through their internal committee. Coz company's reputation is at stake. That's why most don't prefer external investigation. If victim thinks he/she will not get justice from the committee,then they can go to the court. par most of the cases mein out of court settlement hi hote hei.
Mgs from Viaan's phone is a strong evidence. But how come his phone is not password protected. Koi bhi aira gaira EarthCon ka CEO ke phone se msg kar sakta hei. my mom can't open my phone also how come Viaan has a sasta android phone,not even an iphone😆 kuch bhi dikhate hei.
Regarding the messages, how come nobody checked Shamita's phone and verified whether the phone numbers were the same or not and Shamita just saved some random number under Vian's name? LOL.
