Your pan and oil are too heated already, that's why. Put a lid on the pan, throw the stuff in and briefly close immediately till it calms.

Try this and no one needs to get hurt.

This happens with me everytime I click an Insta link on IF. I even reinstalled Insta thinking there is something wrong with my app. But its still happening.
