viaan spent tons of episode asking who is katha and getting confused. even chasing her in hotel lift and offered her 2 crore. now it will be her turn to try to figure out the puzzle of this man. what will seh offer to him to try to get inside his head?

just like katha ran, I want viaan to also run for his life and keep his distance from katha for a while. 😁

Letha, I loved the episode! After a while, I felt like I was seeing Viaan. I love it when they play his background score.

I think that we tend to underestimate the writers at times. I think that they needed to show the phase where Viaan was acting lovestruck so that they could then show the sequence where he realised that the dark night was still there between Katha and himself. In the prior ep, all that mattered to Viaan was what was Katha thinking...seeing the tears on her face brought Viaan back to Earth. This track also gives us Katha's perspective. Since we do not get any monologues from her nor does she confide in anyone, we finally understood that Katha had stopped being scared of that dark night. The problem for Katha is that Viaan had become the person with whom she had interacted during the Lonavla trip. Now the fight is on within Katha between her mind and heart. I enjoyed the conversation between Dodo and Katha.

As for Viaan, there are very few people who have the courage to do what is right. By setting up the Committee to investigate the sexual harassment claim, he is giving a clear message to everyone that no one is above the law. It was good to see Viaan back.

As for Ehsan and his mother, the world is filled with people like them. Can't be bothered to comment on them.

One thing which struck me throughout the episode is that no matter how much a person atones for a past action, he is defined in some way by that action. Is it right or wrong? I don't have the answer....but maybe this is the start of the journey where Viaan earns Katha's trust.

Ok Farah & Ehsan are shown as selfish, insecure, jealous, opportunists having some visible flaws😲 but one important thing is they might never want Earthcon to lose market share, image or new projects, that too with a competitor like Pyramid waiting in Q.

Seems Shamita was handling Dubai project more as a finance person, when Katha joined same team as lead architect. It may be 2-3 months since Shamita got fired from her job shockingly by Viaan on conduct & behavior terms, which she didn't expect. She surely wanted to seduce Viaan on that day in his cabin with some motive, nope its not plain liking for her boss.😎

At that time Anirudh was going all horns to influence Dubai Shaik directly bypassing Abdali & was desperately poaching Katha with 1 crore asking her to share Earthcon's Dubai heritage project designs with Pyramid & in return offering Katha to handle same project as head by joining his company with higher salary. When Katha rejected Anirudh's offer on ethical business terms & came back she heard Viaan telling Ehsan he is sure some one in Earthcon is leaking inside confidential matters of Dubai project to Pyramid.😳 After Shamita got fired, we didn't much hear on further leakages of Dubai project secrets. It hints that Shamita might have been working as Pyramid's spy in Earthcon cheating Viaan & team, unknown to them.

(won't be surprised if Shamita is Anirudh's relative or GF too, btw what's her full name?😛)

Timing of Shamita's current incident is very important. Exactly before Earthcon's Lonavala pitch meeting day she calls, cries, apologies & begs Viaan to give her job again with a second chance to prove.😎 After Shamita re-joins that morning Viaan goes for pitch meeting, returns & announces Earthcon getting Lonavala project by praising Katha. Was Shamita shown really happy then? In the same evening she goes all prepared alone to trap Viaan in his cabin in a harassment case, with a fake indecent phone message planted on his phone, then creates public scene in his office where people around are running in sos mode, to address her threats.

Now after losing job at Earthcon, what was Shamita doing all this time till she rejoined? 😔How is she so confident to quickly threaten on going to media, police, legal teams against Viaan now? for this some sort of backing, influence, preparedness & financial support is also needed. It can't be her personal revenge against Viaan for rejecting her advances, feel its more professional & financial plus beneficial to Pyramid.

Yes what Anirudh or Shamita don't expect is Viaan still being composed, ready to take internal inquiry on him without losing his cool, despite such huge allegation on him when he is innocent. 👏

What will Shamita get out of this false harassment case?

May be Shamita expected a short tempered Viaan to be raging like bull to humiliate her, denying her false allegations,😡she might have thought Viaan will throw her out of office like past with his staff's support or he will try to buy her over with lump sum money offer, which probably Shamita wanted to record & take it to media to create a sob story scandal plus prove how unsafe is Earthcon work environment for women?😳Her motive is not just revenge Viaan, it is more to tarnish Earthcon market image. But why, because Anirudh needs it for Pyramid's benefit, also because his ego got hurt not winning Lonavala project?😛 Now Viaan has closed many doors with his matured reactions, he is handling things as per internal HR process that benefit company more, not him.

As expected Earthcon is winning Lonavala project after their pitch to client. Before their next meeting for budgets/financials to get approved with client, only Anirudh has cunning motive to defame Viaan & shake Earthcon's office & HR policies, public image so that Lonavala client black lists this company & picks next bidder in Q, which is Pyramid. 😳

This Shamita's trap plot is much needed as a reality check for Viaan the CEO, the way he was in a hurry as if some immature teenager to meet & confess his newly realized feelings to Katha, his colleague😎 & this is a test for her too. That dark night won't leave their lives easily, it will come back to haunt in different times & ways to make them grounded plus hounded.🤔

I don't know but now a days I dont agree to birdie people on almost all topics🤣 and I am not talking about this show, in other shows or in general also.

I feel IF is for mature, sensible people and birdie is for shallow, immature and people with flock mentality 😆

An employee..... No matter what can be biased.... For those not knowing the ONS thing, she is well appreciated by her boss and might favour him for her own job security

For those aware of the ONS, it can still be biased that she is not fair in judgement and basing the opinion on her paat incident

If i am correct, a company should have a committee for such incident and that also involves an independent women director or person from the organization specific for such complaint.

Am I missing anything?? I have nor seen the epi.

In reality, the presiding officer has to be an employee and senior woman.

Atleast 1 member should be from NGO of woman empowerment and atleast 50% should be woman member.

I think all the companies having more than 100 employees (not sure about the exact number) are advised by the government to have POSH committee. I see most of the HR members are there.

@bold, how it is biased if she convicted him based on her past experience. Didn't Viaan committed crime by asking for ONS in office?

even I was a bit surprised that katha got named -- maybe it is just for drama and not in real life. I would have thought that you would have an employee who is part of the committee but won't it be headed by an outsider? maybe letha can answer as she said she has part of such meetings.

If she finds him guilty now, toh theek.... Buy that should be based to proof.... Not anything else.
