letha, in addition to what ssp has written, I think they also want to show the reasons for why viaan and men like him develop negative impression of women and how harassment cases in general can be complicated. basically as human beings, we can be both good and evil and we can't assume innocence because it is a woman.

I didn't buy the kaftan pajama set or the jaipuri print cotton set but I did think they were pretty cool looking...

kekeke... they are both night suits. thats why I said the jumpsuit actually looks like a night suit to me. 😂

but yea, lets hope that falling in love means she dresses better and doesn't feel guilty about getting some new clothes. I really don't see why not a single employee in this office wears kurti or sari or salwar every now and then. especially when earthcon is all about sustainable development and being inspired by indian heritage. at times it feels like this show is supposed to be set abroad or something.

I was so happy to see the board exec lady in a sari with that sexy sleeveless blouse -- she looked so smart in that black print. 👍🏼

was anyone else amused to hear katha say "who are you?" repeatedly 😆

viaan spent tons of episode asking who is katha and getting confused. even chasing her in hotel lift and offered her 2 crore. now it will be her turn to try to figure out the puzzle of this man. what will seh offer to him to try to get inside his head?

just like katha ran, I want viaan to also run for his life and keep his distance from katha for a while. 😁

farah dresses really well -- I love how her clothes always look good on her and doesn't make her look big. the actress/stylist has a good eye. I liked the black suit she wore for the board meeting. very smart!

A lot of companies these days have zero tolerance policy against sexual harassment. But I have seen false cases also leaving a mark on the accused person. Cause it leaves a doubt in the mind of everyone around…maybe it was true. And historically speaking, whenever past mistakes are being corrected, the pendulum always swings to the extreme in the other direction as well. After #metoo the spate of false accusations took all the punch out of the initial movement & the waters became so muddied. But such is human nature…man or woman.

In some cases its not even false accusations but misunderstanding

One of my colleagues has the habit of getting lost in thoughts

He got accused by a girl of other team that he keeps staring

Then my colleague had to appear in front of managers and give explanations

It resulted in poor performance rating (yes it does impact )

In the context of what Letha said about the women in the show, I think the show is nicely portraying some lovely women such as Katha herself, the mature thru tragedy Kavita, the optimistic & cheery Neerja (as far as we know), the childless but loving Gunima, the supportive & fun Rewa, the discreet & professional Jenny, the childless but spirited Mrs Jeetu. Hopefully Meera will also turn out to be positive overall.

I like that the other flawed women are not outright villians (except maybe Shamita) - they are usually nice women who have some deep insecurities that bring out the worst in them. Maybe even Farah may be justified in looking out for Ehsan opportunistically & selfishly, it does look like her hubby Mr C was also relegated to second place by Mr VR, so she may be seeing this as getting back their due.
