I also think that no bewafai will happen from Murtasim's end. Everybody in the crew and cast have said that Murtasim is an angel. Uptill now despite Haya wala fiasco Mustasim has not done any intentional wrong doing or even unintentional one. He is just dumb to not understand Meerab's feelings about Haya and stop Haya from her antics.

Murtasim till the end will be tying to pursue Meerab and only stop if Saba might tell him that Meerab doesn't want to go with you and all or a bigger lie about Rohail thinking that she is saving Meerab from Murtasim.

Meerab will confess her love to Saba. Saba will tell Meerab that Murtasim came looking for you or that he already knows about Rohail and all.
