Nah nah all these blunders/build up regarding contract, marriage haq ada, sohar ka haq , then haya's taunt for murtu sleeping on sofa, now this false pregnancy , rohail ka contract ke bare me janna, and then upcoming fiasco regarding impotent or incapable.

Remember Rohail only emerged after Begali Baji's antics and she said that Meerab will leave herself. I don't think they will show Bengali Baji to be a fraud. They have already shown the accident as a result of Begali Baji's chilla. Bengali Baji also said that Murtasim will not let any harm come to Meerab and bla bla bla.

Meerab falling in love will happen but only when Maan begum will come to know that Meerab went to meet Rohail. Everybody will shakofy her. Terrace scene will happen. Meerab will say I don't like it jab mairay kirdaar pai ungli uthay bla bla. Murtasim will stand with Meerab then. Meerab bibi pighal jain gi and all. I don't if even then confession will happen. Then Rohail will blackmail her. Meerab will flee. Murtasim will think that Meerab has left him because she doesn't love me and all and on and on and on.

I still stand by my theory that love confession is the end game. Maybe consummation might happen before if there is a kid involved but highly unlikely according to me.

It hurts to say this but Haya has some hold over Murtasim's vulnerable side. So whenever she reminds him of Meerab, his wife not reciprocating his efforts and his affection, he responds as a wounded man, a cousin who grew up with Haya, not the mighty Khan man.

The day their on-paper marriage secret will out to the world, and that Meerab has revealed it to Rohail, that is when the wounded one-sided lover will subside, and the Khan with a bruised ego will respond to the humiliation.

That is when Meerab will be screwed.

So it is all good until Meerab's resistance stays within their room. He can only take that much of hurt. Beyond that, nope.

After the walima when he told her if and when my shoulders can't bear the burden of humiliations the first person to fall will be her, he said that with tears and emotion in his eyes. He wants to protect her but she is not making it easy. I want to take a holistic view that his hurt won't be just about him, it is about her too, they are a team. I want to go back to their wedding yes he was humiliated but when he came into the room he was all about her, what can he do for her. The contract being revealed makes them both look bad, what will happen to her respect and standing in front of his mothers eyes, in front of the world, if people look down upon her he will be the most hurt. Hence his fury that she didn't just hurt him but damaged herself the most.
