Its just that whether those flaws are causing harms to others or not.

The whole meeting looked so realistic. I have been part of several such meetings. Got a natural setting feeling. I am happy that they are not showing Shamita and her OTT angry reactions here

Episode was good. We got drama minus Dhoom tana na BGM and with no over reactions from Viaan. Episode belonged to Aditi.

I felt the whole EarthCon employees, MamaR, Farah, Ehsan, Jeetu Bhai, Board members all are panic, the only super cool man today I saw was Viaan, against whom Shamita shot a severe accusation. I don't know why and how he is keeping his cool and calm. He is not even denying or giving any justifications. Keeping a plain face👍🏼👍🏼 Kudos to Adnan for this cool expressions.

The most impacted is Katha. She is thrown back to the black hole from where she just came out. And her confusion regarding, Kaun hai Aap, the one she met on the dark night or the one she met on Lonavala trip was portrayed well. Aditi deserves all the appreciations of the whole world.👏👏

There is drama, without any dramatic over reactions. Kudos to the writers and makers.

Farah Contractor, The less said about her is better. She is the reason why Ehsan is like this.

PS: This show makes me question the sanity of women in general. Do they want to show that women in general are manipulative and opportunists? I find similar pattern with every character, barring a few

I really liked Viaan's cool composure throughout the proceedings...he is coming across as an extremely mature person who is not thinking just like as individual wrongly accused, but like a highly responsible, level headed CEO of a company who wants to sort out the mess with minimal damage to the company's reputation and long term repercussions of this incident for the female employees of the company. He knows he is innocent and there has to be a way of getting to the truth. He is focused on going by the book and making sure no one can accuse him or the board in the future of brushing things under the carpet. Its really good to see such professionalism being shown in an ITV show. And Adnan is fantastic as Viaan...besides the fact that he has a voice to die for 😍!!

I cannot praise Aditi enough...forget about ITV she is better than most Bollywood actresses. I have not seen her before in anything but I have become a huge fan of hers. She just lights up the screen with her eyes and expressions and nuanced acting. Even with the lousy wardrobe she is so luminous whenever there is an emotionally charged scene. With all its flaws KA is still the best thing on TV I have seen in ages.

To continue my point :

Farah is a really good mother and she cares a lot about Ehsan and his feelings but she cares only about Ehsan and that makes her a terrible human/friend

Tezzi is a mother who thinks she cares a lot about Vian and its true that she can fight with the entire world for him but at the same time she doesn't care about his feelings .As a human i think she is good to other people only from distance and this goodness is more like pretentious (not sure but i feel she has a lot of psychiatric issues )

Both these characters are causing distress other people with their flaws

If u ask me even Katha ka character has flaws( which is a good thing) its just that she has not harmed other people with those.

Basically she thinks she doesn't need help from anyone and can do everything on her own .she thinks taking help from other people make you weak

But at the same time she herself wants to help others (eg Dodo) even if they dont want to be helped

In real life this behaviour can cause problem only when saamne wala also hold that thought

I faced such situation with two of my friends and i was the third person who witnessed it.The discussion turned into argument and then accusations of mahaanta . Acc to me they both are not pretending to be mahan they are really good people

Btw... just read on bird land that Katha is wearing green cause Viaan chose green as the colour of holi...makes sense...it is serendipity🤣!! She's ready to move out of yellow zone to green zone😆!!

But yellow and blue makes green ...and Katha does not wear blue except that striped blue jumpsuit...that one actually is ok 😆

heard from one HR exec about how in one investigation, halfway through, the girl came and gave a wedding card -- to the guy she had accused of sexual harassment. basically the two had been dating, he broke up with her because of community reasons. she decided to corner him into marrying her through blackmail of sexual harassment. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ the investigation committee was so cheesed off that the girl got fired for wasting the company's resources and the guy also got put on probation (and was asked to leave).

so the HR lady's takeway was: take any accusation at face value -- you never know how the investigation will turn out.

No yaar red blue green are basic colors and yellow is composite

I hate the jumpsuits actually; they just look like pajamas.

couple of days back, I went shopping for pajamas and found some new fashionable designs --

I didn't buy the kaftan pajama set or the jaipuri print cotton set but I did think they were pretty cool looking...

doesn't this look better than katha's office outfit? and this is for home wear!
