It was a good episode and now I see why they wanted to go with his proposal to Katha so soon.. This high point was important to address some issues that were brushed aside by both of them.Katha's monologue today helped viewers understand her complex feelings about this man she had every reason to hate but how she found that very man was more broken than her during that night and then in aftermath too she could feel his guilt in his actions. She saw a better man emerging who was all out there earlier too just out of limelight and surrounded by his own daemons..
Dodo though had a biased view on Viaan but her advice on seeing who is restless and eager to prove themselves in this situation will give out the culprit is a nice idea that Katha might use.
Loved this intense viaan, though my heart broke for him when he cancelled the restaurant appointment, I thought he needed this reality check to understand that winning Katha's heart won't be that simple even if she had forgiven him. I would love to see now Viaan taking a step back and being hesitant to confess but silently being there for her in situations.. May be Katha can come to know of his feelings thru Keith's composition of that poem..
