The leap was in the last few mins. The episode just set up, Karan in coma. Shauraya raised by the Luthras as a spoilt brat and the other one, Rajveer raised by preeta to be good. Basically kumkum Bhagya 2.0 with boys.

KKB, it took over a year for the revelation so probably the same here.

Tommorrow, we will be introduced to Rajveer, Preeta ect. But I don't know if they will introduce Kavya or not, wounder what her role is or how her character would be.
