FINALLY someone said it! Yes, Akshu lost her babies that day.... but comparing her miscarriage to Neil's death is in extremely bad taste by the makers. I believe that Neil died ENTIRELY because of her- there was absolutely NO need for her to risk their lives that day. Same thing with her confronting Aarohi, Maya's case, forest incident. Akshu acts in such flippant ways that her preaching about respect is hypocritical.

Court will anyday give rights to Akshu to stay with Abhir.

In only extreme cases where mother is incompetent, the custody goes to father, otherwise it is mostly given to mother.

Abhi will get visiting rights.

Abhi could have also got weekend mein staying with Abhir or something wale rights but how his mother rules him and does every shit, that right too won't be given, he will just get visiting rights

With the level of toxicity Birlas has, if Akshu wants can also make sure that Abhir always visit Abhi at their house or at another place but never Birla House.

Yes, I agree that the child should be aware of the fact from the very beginning and their name shouldn't change, but that ship has sailed for Abhir. Now there are gonna be consequences regardless whenever he finds out. The best they can do now is break the news to him so compassionately and thoughtfully that there is minimum damage. Also, Abhir is a smart kid. He definitely would understand if handled delicately by the adults.
