True. There is no adoptive father scenario here . Abhinav is the step father and guardian but abhir need not know.

He can be abhir’s step father being Akshara’s husband but we can’t call abhir their adopted child.

Precisely. He had an ulterior motive in supporting Akshara's music career. There was no other time that he supported her. Truly supported her. He always required some kinda evidence or testimony from someone. Her word was never enough for him. There is no respect in that.

Abhir needs to know or not that should be joint decision of abhir’s both parent if they want Abhimanyu to sacrifice his all the rights including visiting rights. They can do this out of court considering out of court settlement.

For that, first they need to inform the other parent about the existence of his child and then they can ask him to sacrifice all the rights on his child including visiting rights as a punishment of abandoning wife at a sensitive point.

Agar direct court and law part aya fir toh Abhimanyu ko definitely visiting rights mil sakte hai. Court will definitely protect his this basic right.

It would be better for Akshara to do out of court settlement and can demand to sacrifice from Abhimanyu. If Abhimanyu agrees , abhinav can file adoption process as a step father and Akshara’s husband so abhir will be with him only for entire life if something happens with Akshara.

In this way, they can completely discard abhir’s other parent from abhir’s life.

Max abhimanyu can get is visitation rights ,, that too, if the mother of the child agrees. He can give some money.

He burnt all the bridges , why are we blaming akshu here ? He burnt all the chances to be the father figure in abhirs life ..abhi aaj toh guilt ki starting hai..the real guilt will come soon..With abhirs truth.

I'd like to add that even if they had lost those kids, it wasn't like they couldn't have conceived again. Spouses' love, respect, care, support, and understanding for other and their bond should be more than their love for their children and stronger before bringing a child into the equation. That's the foundation of a good, healthy family.
