Everything related to abhir is just an assumption. His mental health is perfectly fine right now . It's not like he can jump to Birla house once he knows. His parents r divorced. What "may" happen , we can analyze when it happens.

Akshus marriage is not fake. Even if it is , it has nothing to do with abhir.

It's her "choice" to not accept abhimanyus love. Her choice to not forgive ..her choice to not let abhir know abt her traumatic past ..her choice to not tell her son "your father divorced me at my lowest "

She is a dimwit. She will always be like this..making mistakes , using her discretion, being stubborn , not listen to abhimanyu when she thinks otherwise ..if there is a stranger who can be harmed , she will jump in , keeping her life at stake. ..so everytime she can't be abandoned and punished ? She would have begged for forgiveness had she stayed there , rather , allowed to stay ..she would have informed abhimanyu abt abhir had he not asked her to not contact him again for anything .

Yes , abhinanyu has anger issues , he will also react like this when things go south..he has a big ego..he is mammas boy...all of this akshu can live with provided she's allowed to be his wife by yours truly..... impulsively handing out divorces won't solve the couple issues.

You just wrote the things I wanted to write🤗

Yes Akshara is a faulty person and makes mistakes...But all these Goenkas Birlas and Abhimanyu never respected her space or pov as a person...jab pyaar aya godi mein utha lia, jab gussa aya kick maar k phek dia, phirse pyaar aya to phir utha lia...Being with Abhinav actually taught her she can choose her life...Choose a better father for Abhir, choose a normal life for him by marrying that father...choose to keep the child believing he has normal parents, choose the peace of a platonic marriage with Abhinav over the pain uncertailty and trauma that comes with Abhi's turu love and his and her families...

making mistakes or correcting them....choosing the right or wrong path...its all her choice now, and nobody else is deciding for her...kicking her out and taking her back at their whim...

Akshara abhinav ka legally shaddi hua hai yeh 100 times declare ho chuka hai and Ruhi ka base bhi bahot clear hai ki joint family mai Abhimanyu apni bhai ki Beti ko fatherly love de raha hai lekin they have also made clear that ruhi is Neil’s daughter and Abhimanyu has not adopted her.

Jab apna baccha koi kisi ko adopt karne ke liye de tab signature formality toh ofcourse hota he hai. It’s basic thing. Abhimanyu ne kabhi abhir ko kisi ko adopt karne ke liye dene ke papers sign nahi kiye toh abhir kisi ka adopted child kaise hua?!

Fatherly love dene ke liye koi legal process nahi hota lekin kisi bacche ko adopted declare karna ho tab legal process and both parent’s consent is mandatory.

Lol this is ITV so why are we trying to bring legalities here? If court drama happens where Abhimanyu tries to take Abhir away from his parents, the judge will allow Abhir to choose and he will choose Abhinav over anyone any day. And if we want to talk about the legal aspect, Akshara has a strong case showing she was kicked out of the house while she was pregnant. What will Abhimanyu say then? Oh I kicked her out because I thought the babies died and I no longer needed her? Trust me if we take the legal route, there is no way Abhimanyu will get any rights on Abhir.

No she didnt marry Abhinav on impulse...He saved her, supported her and stayed with her through pregnancy and delivery and it's only after all those months she made a conscious well thought choice of marrying Abhinav...I do believe that adoptive family or blood family, either can be good for a kid depending on situation...But for a normal good upbringing a kid needs both parents and Akshara saw that good father in Abhinav that time, not the angry blind Abhi...and so she gave her kid the papa she believes he deserves...coz mama chacha is not same as papa...she chose to give him both parents instead of a broken family...Sure it was a selfish choice coz she didnt consider Abhinav had a right to get a proper wife...But from her and Abhir's pov it was a good choice...

But if the couple has separated and the mother has not given the legal right to the biological father, does the court require that father's consent? Genuine question.

The good that he did was for himself . What made him happy...he was always dominating and akshu always had to act like his subordinate..... N it wasn't "one" bad . He had divorce papers ready for khera kaand also...before marriage he was ready to cancel the wedding ..for somebody he claims to have undying love , I find it highly problematic.

It's a big "IF". he is bound by his mom's atyachar. She is a constant in his life who he can't control...

Where akshu really went wrong in her life was she said yes to this majnu maniac who was after her life to admit her love for him..this was when her sister was waiting for him at the altar in bride costume....it's totally a red flag ...n I'm glad she admitted her mistake..that she believed "this" was love...

If they take the legal route , kamaal hi ho jayega...

Bachu Birla "khul" ke saamne aayenge😆 what will he do to prove akshu isn't a worthy mother ? Prove she's characterless? Prove shes negligent ? Prove shes financially incapable ? Prove shes mentally sick ? Prove her as a serial killer ?

Max abhimanyu can get is visitation rights ,, that too, if the mother of the child agrees. He can give some money.

He burnt all the bridges , why are we blaming akshu here ? He burnt all the chances to be the father figure in abhirs life ..abhi aaj toh guilt ki starting hai..the real guilt will come soon..With abhirs truth.

If court drama happens then Akshara will get custody but Abhimanyu will also have visiting rights.

Akshara Abhinav will remain abhir’s parents but Abhimanyu will get closure ki jis 2 babies ki maut ka matam woh Aj tak Neil ki maut ke sath mana raha hai usme se ek baccha zinda hai and zinda vacche ki maut ka matam nahi manate.

Agar court gaya toh usko abhir ko jitna chahe utna pyar karne ka Haq milega with visiting rights , abhi toh visiting rights chodo Banda zinda bacche ki maut ka matam mana raha hai kyunki biwi ki sath nainsaafi kiya tha.

Court biwi ke sath nainsaafi ki saza yeh nahi dega ki pura zindgi zinda bacche ko dead samaj kar jio.

Court and legal way biwi ke sath nainsaafi ki saza biwi se divorce manega, bacche ko bhi dead samaj kar zindgi kaato yeh court nahi bolege.

But life can't run on what ifs...Truth is Abhimanyu is bound by his mom's emotional atyachar, always was always will be...and that makes him not a great choice for father...kids deserve stable childhood and and every mother has a right to choose the correct upbringing for her kid if the biological dad is not a good option...Both are wrong, both have severe defects, both are bound by emotional atyachar from childhood by their own family and if u ask me, they both need extensive therapy, not marriage nd stuff...But phir bhi Akshu raised Abhir right even in poverty with a fake marriage and a non-biological dad...

Arohi and Abhi couldn't raise Ruhi a balanced kid even with all the love comfort and pampering...

Coming from lawyer’s family and genuinely replying you here , Law and Court ke liye biological mother and biological father ke rights same hai. Court and law mai yeh kahi nahi hai ki biological mother decide karegi she wants to give rights to biological father or not.

Agar mother rape victim ho or minor ho toh court biological mother ke consent ko dhyan mai rakhta hai.

Lekin agar couple ka divorce matter ho toh pati ki zakti ko dekh kar court pati-patni ka divorce karata hai, maa ko bacche ki custody deta hai and father ko visiting rights deta hai. Divorce ke baad dono kahi bhi dusri shaddi kar sakte hai. Dusri shaddi ke baad jo bhi Mata-pita ka naya partner hota hai woh bacche ka step-father/step-mother banta hai. In sab mai yeh kahi nahi hota ki agar koi bhi parent dusri shaddi kare toh baccha unka adopted ho gaya.

Jab bacche ke parent ki baat hoti hai tab court Ex-husband/ex-wife ko bacche ka parents consider kar ke father ko visiting rights deta hai.

Court and law kabhi yeh nahi declare karte ki agar Maa dusri shadi kare toh bacche ka parent only step father hoga.

Court ke liye step-father/step-mother are more of coparent jo bacche ke real parents ke ab naye partners hai.
