the danger is the reverse effect because nicotine also can stimulate the appetite (and one eats more than needed) when the body doesn't agree with this method of handling the need for nutrition. 😉

I am just glad and proud I quit..never felt better..and my weight remained the same after quitting as well..so i am happy..
