I was referring to him not being a jerk to every person around him for nothing. Maybe I wasn't able to put it into words better. And his anger issues are known to everyone. In reality, anger management needs counseling and people do develop different responses to anger over time. If a person is aware enough, he/she will not have the same response to anger, if the previous time, it proved detrimental. It's a psychological fact. As someone who had anger issues growing up, I can say, its the toughest task in the world to maintain those few seconds of control to let those demons suppress. Over time, people develop different responses. Some suppress it, some divert it, some take different approaches towards its outlet, once they register it's dangerous outcomes.

In case of Murtasim, in no attempt to defend (because I clearly stand against it) and strictly speaking on a fictional basis realm, after that incident, his approach towards his anger for Meerab never went the physical abuse way and most likely, never will. I rest my case with this.

So he is the beauty and he is trying to change meerab through his love

He has definitely set example for one thing on how to accept rejection gracefully and accept and respect the decision of one you loved dearly and absolutely no need to go in destructive mode.

Usually in these one side love affairs they either go and harm the girl or some cases harm themselves.
But saad was happy for her and since he is family and he was one who rejects her proposal so he doesn’t have a way out so stands by all her wedding rituals. He managed to mask his misery and remain composed.

Guess so much has spoke and focused on saad hearbreak that somewhere people are not able to see past him and look at maheer - areebs pain. I know there was yesterday love but still it’s love maybe they don’t have intensity and depth of saad love but still the emotion is same. The director / writer and actors just couldn’t bring forward their pain well.

But overall I just wish they redeem themselves as shoot is still going on or just end the drama with saad moving ahead alone!

Sorry for my rambling, Saad is my dukh ka naas now a days!

Don't get me wrong, I do feel he is an amazing person and he was a great character 3 episodes back but they are turning him into some Mahaanta ki Murat. The way he took rejection was really graceful but now when Maheer is putting blame on him, he needs to step up and say something......I don't like this "tum mujhe galat samjh rahi ho" line. He is sensible and should take his stand.

As for Maheer, some people blame her for not loving Saad which is absolutely wrong.
