I don't know, they probably are going for a high voltage custody battle just for the TRPs, just saw an IF article a competitor show is going for a big leap i think.

What if they flip Abhir to balance and manage the wrongs Abhi did ..a lot of people could manipulate the kid including these good for nothing Goenkas. That's the lowest this show can go at this point.

The grounds for this custody battle are not even valid to beginwith, it'll work only if all the MC abuse, DV, hospital mishandling, neglect to MC ex-wife/daughter and Neil's death is addressed. And if he never filed for that divorce, that could be another thing that could he pursued.
