OK so my opinion is lil different here, I completely agree with whatever Maya said, but can we blame Anupama completely? when we were in school we have read in our bio books that every feeling and emotion has a particular phase or stage, Anupama has come out of that motherhood phase, she cannot become mother of 1 more kid no matter how much hard she tries. However, anuj has not experienced anything as such, he has desired for a family so he wanted to become a father, so he decided to adopt a kid, till here everything was fine, but the problem started when they did not even discuss about that adoption thing aur ye toh dekho, marriage ke bas 2 din baad anuj decided to adopt a kid, they could not even give time to their relationship.

We are blaming Anupama and we all are right at some extent, but just think from her perspective as well, usko shadi karke bas 2 din hue the, she could not even experience love of family or partner in her previous marriage, toh usne kuch toh expect kiya hoga iss marriage se, but marriage ke 2 din baad usko mila ek baccha honeymoon ke gift me.

Her main problem is that she wants to do everything, she thinks that she will manage everything usko ye nahi pata ki no one can manage everything, therefore, when Anuj got excited she could not say no, she again thought that she will manage everything but she ended up messing everything. However, again this "mai sab kar lungi" can be seen in a different way, jab se vo vanraj ke saath shaadi karke aai tab se she was expected to do everything and she began to think that if I will do everything then only people will value me, if they will need me then only they will value me, but this backfired, now she is overburdened with "matkas" and she is not able to manage anything.

so the conclusion is Whether Anupama can become a good mother for CA, the answer is a big no (because she could not even become a good mother for her 3 kids). The next question is ki whether it was all anupama's fault in this adoption se le kar Maya track, so the answer here is no, it was not completely her fault, even Anuj is responsible for all this. That guy just loved anupama and wanted to get married, he forgot that movie and reality are both different, they should have given time to their relationship and they would have then decided to get married and then they would have decided to adopt/don't adopt a kid after 1 year at least.

Anuj should have waited for their marriage to settle down before bringing up adoption, agree. But that is also not where the problem lies.

Anuj had seen her affiliation to Shahs through the wedding. May be he thought of 2 things:

1. Anupama needs a reason to stay at Kapadia's, she has never been able to move on and probably does NOT intend on moving on. A child would be that reason to move on. Which failed miserably.

2. He never had anything to call his own (thanks to his myopic vision). Even with Anupama, he knew she had a baggage. It was his dream of a complete family with Anupama, the child being someone he called his own.

Anuj's fault is still that:

a. He did not protect Choti Anu calling out the treatment at the hands of Shahs.

b. Not standing up for himself against insults.

c. Not respecting his own family enough.

Anupama could have well had a mature conversation with Anuj and taken time to process what was happening. After a traumatic life, she should have compartmentalised her life. Most importantly, she should have taken therapy for her own well being.

Oh no. It wasn't forgettable. (I personally felt the circus clown look suited her character)

To recap, she went on a picnic for a couple of hours with CA where they danced. Kinjal also came along with Pari. On the way back she had one of her trademark premonitions about precious Pakhi facing trouble. But the car broke down as usual (Does Anuj Kapadia only have such cars? No money to maintain/repair?)

So Mahaan Anu took an auto and ran back home whilst unaware Kinjal, CA and Pari were fast asleep in the car, stranded on the road. To be fair they were with a driver but she did not even tell Kinjal she was leaving. (Now that I think of it, was the driver hired for a day or did he also disappear like the rest of the staff such as Kamal bhai)

But we cannot expect the same love for CA from anupama, not because she is an adoptid child, but because anupama is out of that motherhood phase.

If you cannot even love the child in same manner, still at least take basic care and don't let him/her feel left alone. But anupama failed here that's why CA got connected to Maya so easily because maya was able to give CA whatever she could not get from her foster mom.

btw, what is this "out of a the phase" thingy?

In reality, as children grow old, moms/parents miss their younger version of kids and become all the more patient/loving to little children in general.

See, although I agree that she was not ready to become a mother, but maa chodo, kya vo wife bhi banne keliye ready nahi thi, she just left anuj when he needed her the most, but vo sab ignore karte hain, aaj jo maya ne bola vo sahi toh tha, but anuj kaa completely Anupama ko blame karna was wrong.

btw, why I feel ki kuch toh hoga, like CA is not going anywhere, kuch toh hoga jisse phir se prove hojaega that "anupama is the besht (which she is actually not) mother in the world".

either Maya has some hidden plan (kyunki heroine ko mahaan dikhana hai) toh vo bacchi ke saath kuch karne jaa rahi ho

and second option is ki CA ko lagne lagega ki she cannot live without mummy papa and Maya being a good mother will leave CA with them and say "anupama tum sach me best maa ho"

I was wondering, if CA wasn't adopted, how would their marriage be? She would have still gone to attend SH. But Anuj would not have anything to complain about, perhaps?

btw, all the bidaai etc is for nothing. Bacchi will be back for holi celebrations, I am sure.🤣

Holi ka rang utar gaya hai, they should jump to the next festival. Anyway, the order for their next set of gaudy, colour coordinated clothes will take some time to be ready
