The efforts anupamaa was making to please everyone? You mean please her abusive ex in laws? Who is asking her to please everyone? Again no human beings in the world will treat abusive ex in laws like family. If you treat your abusive ex MIL same as your husband or kid, you deserve every misery you got. And in real life such people who cannot prioritize but try to please everyone always, always are miserable and hated by all and all their relationships fail

Marriage is a responsibility, not a time pass to be shared with ex in laws and no spouse will tolerate this behavior, particularly when you are recently married, you are expected to give most time to your spouse

Some huge revisionist history going on here, in real life any spouse would immediately divorce someone so obsessed with ex and emotionally cheating with her ex husband

Anuj has no one but CA whom he could solely call his own, his outburst is not unusual, it may happen with anyone who has no one else in this world, so what if the child has been with him only for 4 or 6 mnths, people develop this kind of bond in just 4 days, technically Maya has not even spent 4 or 6 months or even weeks with CA, so Anuj’s so called obsession is completely valid

Anupama anyway never completely belonged to him, she is a Matkadhari Orat divided between ex family, kids and new family & adopted child , which he wholeheartedly accepted. Anupama gets panic attacks just sensing her spoilt brat is lying on the road, but same Anupama gambled CA, invited Maya to their house, asked her to stay for 15 days, all without consulting anyone or atleast Anuj, she extended Maya’s stay for one more day because she is a Maa and can smell Maya’s Mamta from far away

She kept going to her abusive ex in laws family and not alone, would tag Anuj and CA too to get abused by her ex in laws family, now when CA is gone and about to be gone forever, she is offering water and asking Anuj to calm down, how many times did she calm down when something happened to her own kids

Anuj showing her the mirror today was a good thing, he should have done that long back, she can just act bechari and say main Maa hu, he has supported her thru thick and thin but she didn’t even bat an eyelid before gambling CA because she was so overconfident as a Maa

Her priorities and loyalty only lies with Shahs that’s the sole truth of this show, not surprised CA is more dear to Anuj, everyone needs one person in life who they can call their own

Yes exactly. How can a mom even entertain the idea about giving up her kid? That alone shows how little CA matters to Anupamaa. At least Maaya is fighting (rightly so) to keep her child, and she has every right to do so.

There is a movie called Aulaad, one of my personal Sri favourite movies. There Yashoda brings Devki’s child up for 4 long years thinking it’s her own son and is literally the only reason for her to live. But still court decides to give the child back to Devki once Devki returns from dead.

It’s time instead of throwing fits and tantrums, Anuj understands he has LEAST rights to keep CA, and if he wants CA to be present in his life at all, he needs to behave civil and make up with Maaya. Scaring AnupaMAA, who is actually trying to explain this very thing to him, is not even the last thing that’s going to help, it’s not going to help at all !!!!

I hope they end this horrible track soon. It’s getting on my nerves. 😵

It was me, I would have said, Thank you for taking care of my child until know. I am back, this is my child, I can take care of her better than you and take it from here. Please can I take my child home. Even if you have a problem, who cares, I am the mother and we are leaving.

but again another point here is that she is not ready to become a mother now, just think if someone asks my mother to adopt a kid at this age and love her the same way she loved me, will she able to do that again in the same way. But taking a kid into tamasha family was wrong, ignoring her completely was wrong, just for a small khichdi thing missing out on CA's function was also wrong and for whom she was doing all this, for one who abused her entire her life, yes, this was wrong. But we cannot expect the same love for CA from anupama, not because she is an adoptid child, but because she is out of that motherhood phase.
