When someone is eligible on all aspect they easily get adoption order but when something is miss they have to contest in court.

Yea they should have informed foster car authorities. They aren't allowed to even send the kid alone with relatives of the foster parents.

Issue is that anu is now sent permanently. What will they answer to child care inspectors if they come to check in anu😆 foster care children get suprise inspection.

No they went to Mumbai n on honeymoon they discussed adoption n anuj said they would have to wait for 2yrs. Two yrs hasn't passed that's why they went for fostering n were foster parents.

After 2yrs completed they were to file for adoption. Anuj anupama marriage anniversary wasn't shown so can't confirm if 1yr too has passed. Was Kinjal pregnancy announced before anuj anupama's marriage or after that?

Kinjal pregancy was before Anupamaa's marriage. In fact mawaali Jhuli had objected to the marriage initially on the very pretext that daadi ki shaadi nahi ho sakti. Also, they had met CA at orphanage while on the said honeymoon and within a month she was with them. Post that Vanraj tried to kill Anuj and Kinjal gave birth while he was recovering. The duration of all these events were in the 8-9 months of pregnancy.

But then there is a parallel Anupamaa- verse where Pakhi grew up from 16-17 to 21 ... So for Choti adoption maybe Maan were on that timeline 😆

You need to have 2 years of stable marriage to even register for adoption. You won't be eligible to take a kid and foster for adoption unless in a stable marriage for 2 years. So legally they couldn't have CA with them now.
