As suggested we will increase the size beyond which the scroll will come.

I used to be able to see my own text-and-link-only signature, but not anyone else's graphic signature, while my Show Signature preference was set to No.

Now, I can only see my own signature if I switch my Show Signature preference to Yes. When I log out, I can't see any signatures. Is all of this working as intended?

Now that I've switched my Show Signature preference back to No, is anyone able to see my signature?

When you are logged in and enable Show Signature to ON it will show the Image Signatures

We will soon make this change so that Image part gets it own 500px max height limit.
