. You have put it so beautifully . I was fed up of this slap thing being made out as if it’s the worst thing happened. Ppl just don’t see what led to the slap …. This is not a justification but it’s not as bad as it’s made out to be . Meerab was so totally out of control . I hate this hypocrisy…. Agreed!! I wont justify the slap, abuse is not gender specific. But in this scene he was instigated and he reacted. It was an impulsive reaction. He did feel guilty soon after he slapped.

In all seriousness, infertility is a serious issue and they should all stop making such assumptions about characters unless it's specified.
They will have a baby-girl, which is clearly the most typical plot ending for most lovestories like these and it won't be any different here.
Also, adoption isn't something the Khan's are capable of considering, unless left with no other option. they care a lil too much about lineage and bloodline.

Slap was being used by toxic ML mostly in dramas. So the backlash was understandable. But in this show, it was put in a place where it appeared to be out of the blue and forced. That's y it gained alot of attention.
Here, they tried to give a reason for the slap and why it had happened, but audience couldnt connect or justify it at that point
