Why is SRK being targeted?

He was being targeted by some politicians for Deepika’s orange bikini in Pathaan. He was targeted for being Muslim because some politicians think he insulted the Hindu religion. It doesn’t make any sense because he doesn’t chose the clothes of his heroines. It’s Deepika that wore the bikini and the director asked her to wear that color bikini but they were not being targeted. I am confuse.
