I am toh full on shipping viaan and neerja😁..They do have chemistry.. They look good together too as a romantic couple😄...

I just hate this maa jaap.. Yesterday neerja said tum log ki young generation... Aree u are also in the same generation yaar.. Why are u making yourself an oldie???

it does feel a bit cheap -- the writers want to show that he is good but instead it almost comes across as he is trying to buy her good opinion indirectly. so aarav and viaan's interaction was normal and had no hint of bad intent. interfering with dodo just comes across as weird. who gets involved in a property dispute and tries to mediate when you barely know the person and don't even know the family? like you said, directing dodo to a legal team would have been more normal. him getting involved and trying to buy off the sons looks shady. as I keep repeating myself, I don't see the point of this arc unless dodo ends up being the gold digger mistress. this plot and character adds nothing to the drama. she could have just disappeared after the operation. why is she still here??????

But this isn’t showing him as good.

It feels more like him intruding in her personal space especially when Katha has told Viaan to not get into this issue and that she will reach out to him when she cannot handle.

He should at least respect her opinion and space.

I understand the fact that he has realised he is in love and hence wishes to relive her from her problems, but this is also very much intruding her personal space as she is yet to give him that right and authority over her.

Till she gives that, doing this might ruin whatever he has built with her.

Forgot to mention in my previous post, that I also liked Ehsan and Viaan's conversation. Ehsan has his own issues, insecurities, but the guy does have his heart in the right place. Otherwise he'd not have had tears when he realized that the place he has in Viaan's heart and life, is still untouched.

The guy still values his friendship a lot, and that melted his heart very much.

Just hoping they don't turn him like a super evil villain just for the sake of it.

Ehsan apart from that odd incident in Jeetu bhai's party has been good friend to Viaan and yes their interaction yesterday was really heartfelt. One could sense that he is missing his friend Viaan who used to share everything with him and now he can see that he is hiding lot of things and somewhere with Katha may be he feels he has been rude towards Viaan too.. It was like a reunion sort , I just hope if Ehsan creates misunderstanding between Katha and Viaan that has to be some impulsive move on his part which he corrects later so that they dont show him completely as Villain

She tells viaan not to interfere but she herself interferes in his personal matter and change the AV according to it😆

Actually it is a bit complicated.

If you forget wat he did in Jeetu bhai party then

Viaan is at fault here

Ehsan clearly told him he likes kathaa.

Agreed Viaan can not tell him about ONS

But he wants to propose to katha without even thinking about Ehsan is weird

I think here she plays a woman above 55-60 range as she has sons who look in their prime 20s or 30s. She just doesn't look old enough for the part.😆

It happens only Indian movies and TV. Like how sometimes the hero himself will be older to the mother actors 😆

She is just playing a woman who is older in age, but she isn't in real. That's why it's hard for viewers to relate with that 😆

Same here. He sure looks like a character who can do something wrong impulsively, like any human would. But not intentionally by plotting and all that, like typical TV villains.

He ain't that bad or wrong, yet. He just doesn't know how to handle his feelings for Katha. And he needs to give space that's all.

Actress Preeti looks fit, bubbly, prim & young onscreen here in KA, keeping aside what her real age may be or may not be. Below is my old post from few days back in other thread, re-posting here.

Proper makeup, style, costumes, hair, body language etc. can make even 20's age actor or actress look like some matured 40's or even elderly 60's/70's onscreen, its also about convincing styling, presentation, characterization & relevant usage. 😎There are many such Indian films/web series/TV serials as examples that did this part quite convincingly, because as audience while watching we aren't reminded or bothered of what's real age of actor/actress?

As I lamented, entire Neerja & son's sub track in KA isn't emotionally connecting, as it was supposed to be. Crew could have invested more efforts in brainstorming how writing, styling & execution can be made better convincing before shifting focus to Neerja rather than copying OG track of senior citizen donor, mostly as is in KA. And then would have gone for some appropriate casting for Neerja & her son's roles.

How about this as possible Neerja backstory for example? Neerja could have been shown as some rich widow who lost her husband & school going sons in some grave accident, where as her own brother or BIL were harassing her to loot her wealth, as she has no heir left. But she has some unfulfilled dream of her family where she wants to spend her wealth in noble cause. Frustrated with relatives she left home, came down to Mumbai from another city, was working with some NGO while living in their quarters. As her relatives came hunting for her to NGO office, after being bone marrow donor to Aarav she was searching for a new guest house to live in Mumbai, where her relatives can't track her easily. In Katha's house she felt both secure & loved, felt like family.

Similarly there could be many other ways to showcase lonely sad status of Neerja in current KA version, in a steady manner which is missed opportunity now.
