Hrithik is often referred to as the "Greek God" due to his chiseled physique and striking good looks.

However, this label has sparked a debate about the impact of unrealistic beauty standards on society. "Greek God Syndrome" refers to the pressure placed on individuals, particularly men, to conform to an idealized masculine image. This expectation can lead to body dysmorphia and other mental health issues.

While Hrithik's dedication to fitness and healthy living should be admired, it is essential not to idolize him or any celebrity as a perfect representation of beauty. The entertainment industry often perpetuates harmful stereotypes and unrealistic expectations that can have damaging effects on self-esteem and body image. Instead of striving for unattainable perfection, we should celebrate diversity in all its forms.

I had thought that he had tried to overcome it when he did Super 30 but then he came back to his original self with War.
