during Shruti’s time he went and started staying with her to take care of her and then even legally adopted his child giving his name - Virat is known to be whimsical and a man of his own rules, since no one is there to question him, and he assumed Sai is dead and married PL, this whole filing of divorce etc etc .. Will be the drama they will play on now I think - I don’t think the makers will leave scope to milk it - they will use the same emotional angle vs the legal angle - even during Shruti’s time if you rmemeber sai had made him sign divorce papers and then called them back dated papers to save Virat and then declared her marriage with him legal and valid though both of them signed it - even this time they will take the creative liberty and show some dramatic element where he will expect something emotional from Sai while she will might be ready with signed papers by then ..Agree, it is bigamy we all know but who is raising this point. not sai not pakhi not even people around them so my question is agar sai and virat are giving statements like ex wife, official wife then what is the point. A case goes to policestation only when it is filed right if not who cares, only we audience are screaming its bigamy but not even a single character mentioned this. If sai and virat are not bothered who will then. Thats my point. this is just what I think I may be wrong.
