I don't know much about laws, but if someone questions about the legality then there will be a issue about the marriage right. Sai and virat both think that there marriage is over and sai is his Ex. and the people around them think the same. So who is going to question and how this topic will be raised and discussed if both wife and husband doesn't bother about it. He is a DCP and who's knows more about laws than him. I think if sai or virat claims or thinks about it or the people around them talk about it then only this divorce topic will come if not they will not touch this issue I think. She can handle things on her own and tackle them, but knowing she has someone standing up for her against Virat and the pain he caused will really give her some inner strength. Why haven’t the makers thought about this ?
