I do both but for archery I've to travel long so I just go twice a month as hobby now. But shoot I do 5xweek. Professional yes, national. 10m and 50m air rifle.

Discipline is not my forte actually 😆 I just don't follow diet and I'm very lazy. Not at all the ideal sportsman markers 🤣 but I get by somehow :P
