He still cast DP in Yeh Jawani.
Kiara must not be the must, Sid Malhotra might have been his muse if rumors were true.
Kiara just happens to be Sid's muse.
KJO is someone who sees who can be popular with the public. He saw Deepika's looks and vibe and casted her. He's...a snake which means that unless he's personally attached like Aloo he can throw you out at any time. However he is also opportunistic.
Kiara is very much someone the public can like and more importantly she has gelled in with his films.
Once her movies start flopping [with him], eventually she will look for work somewhere else. There is also the factor that Kiara is pretty good with chemistry which Dharma films rely on.
Sid was certainly a muse of sorts but he did try to venture on his own w/o KJO's direct casting. His bigger problem was that he couldn't act and it showed since he was expected to carry his films.

He's a snake and an opportunist for sure. In that regard, no matter how insane Kangana can be at times, but I respect her for not licking his feet to get into his good books. She calls him out for the snake he is / always has been.
It was fun to watch KJo tell Kangana he became her 'fan' in India's next superstars episode, when she was a guest and he admitted to binge watching her movies.
it can be a Juhi Chawla and Salman Khan connection too.Originally posted by: sanityinfinite

Kiara’s mother is Salman Khan’s friend and father is Juhi Chawla’s.
as mentioned by you people above, she didn’t interest himOriginally posted by: Maroonporsche

True but honestly I do understand why aspirants want to get into Karan's good books. He's known for his talent at finding producers and funding. While YRF has that too, they are very strict, particularly for their actresses. They can't be seen at some events, have to ask to do certain films/appear at certain places, have that 3-film contract and additionally the weight loss tactics forced upon the women are absurd.
Dharma is more flexible.
Karan's funding means that DCA can also exist. It's struggling right now but it has churned out good movies. Vicky bagged some decent movies, see Manoj Bajpayee after giving a similar hit was out of work for almost 9 years. Was Govinda Mera Naam good? Not really but it was a 'hit' and got Vicky eyes.
It also gave a (rare) good romcom (Tara vs Bilal).
I respect Kangana for standing up (back then) to the larger powers at play who were making fun of her, but I also won't judge the aspirants who were desperate to bag their dream projects with Karan. The problem is that the entertainment industry is too small.

I understand the desire of an Aspirant to feature in KJo's film. He will go all out if he's casting one of his personal favorites (SRK, Kajol, Alia, Ranbir). But if it isn't a favorite of his, remember Drive that Sushant & Jacqueline featured in? He was happy to pass it on to the OTT platform, while he'd have fought for any other film of his to be in the theatres.
I still don't understand why Aspirants expect KJo to even look at them, forget giving them the same opportunities or treatment as his blue-eyed boys/girls. The least you can get to, is become a Kiara or a DP in his movie, which was still nothing but a flowerpot role one ends up with to say the least. That too if they have lots of backing in the industry from known names.
With Male actors? I've barely seen anyone outside of the industry starring in KJo's movies as a lead, except Sid Malhotra & Fawad Khan that were known to be his muses at once. Vicky Kaushal was a tiny exception (more like an experiment for KJo when Vicky's stars were shining) but he's never gonna be a Ranbir from this gen or SRK from the previous gen for KJo.
Even YRF & SLB were willing to give the likes of Ranveer Singh chances in their movies, but not KJo. He might still budge for a female to star in a flowerpot role in his movie & then be forgotten.

Idk, but she is real pretty. Acting mein out of the three SOTY girls, Mansi will always be on top (maybe now Alia is at part with her or even better than her, but in the movie, Mansi was really good) but if Jhanvi is getting movies, Sana should too.
Who is Mansi?
She played Shruti in the movie
Jhanvi is a repo kid, she will be favouredOriginally posted by: oye_nakhrewaali
