If Abhinav is truly the good guy cameo then he will show Akshu the truth and confront her that she still loves Abhi and what she is doing is not fair to Abhir and the relationships of the family.

Even if she doesn't want to right now go back to Abhi that's fine but at the very least Abhir's truth needs to come out as this effects everyone in the family.

Abhi also has to actually realize what he did wrong. You cannot just says things in anger and then always be pardon due to this one flaw. And then crawl back with a I Love You. Take the responsibility and actually be remorseful about it.

He will drag himself with his mother anyways.

I don't think Akshu is going to tell Abhi that easily. She knows thier drama will start again. And the moment she tells the truth she will get connected to Birla family again. She wants to be left alone.

Abhinav knows he doesn't have a say in this matter. And he has still told Akshu already to tell Abhi. I think the truth will reach Kairav via Muskaan. But anyway, Abhir's truth will come mostly in one of Abhi-Aru's functions.
